NATO Archives

Officially established in 1999, the NATO Archives serves the dual purpose of maintaining and preserving all current and permanent information holdings of the Alliance, while also achieving the objective of providing greater transparency through its public disclosure programme.

The NATO Archives provides reference assistance internally within the organization, as well as to the academic community and the research public by enabling access to declassified and publicly disclosed primary source documents, both online and on-site.
